CiBRAI is commercialising our AgentiXCyber, a sovereign Agentic-AI platform that augments Security Information Event Management (SIEM), Security Operations Centre (SOC) Orchestration and Threat Intelligence to deliver real-time detection and response, on-premise and in hybrid environments. The platform uses autonomous SOC agents, behavioural analytics and GPU acceleration, and integrates cleanly with existing security stacks. 

We are raising 2.5 million in equity funding to complete productisation for national security rollouts in Australia and USA, scale go-to-market with partners, and further expand AI model development. Planned use of funds: R&D and model development 40 percent, sales and marketing 25 percent, operations and infrastructure 20 percent, international expansion 10 percent, compliance and legal 5 percent. Target exit is IPO or trade sale in three to five years.
