As a self-listing platform, we empower project owners to maintain complete control over their project (listing) while our platforms facilitates valuable connections. Think of us as a sophisticated matchmaker in the business world – we create the opportunities for meaningful partnerships but stay neutral in the negotiation process.
Our role is distinct: we provide a digital platform where interested parties can submit expressions of interest directly to project owners. Project owners, supported by their accountants and legal advisors, maintain responsibility for ensuring their projects are "deal ready" before engaging with potential partners.
