Closing Rates

We calculated a baseline of 35% closing rate based on the number of licensees and the baseline closure rate for sales. To achieve a close rate of greater than 35%, we must analyse the quality of our leads, our items, and our pitch to ensure we haven't missed anything during the sales process.

To date, our closure rate is greater than 50% when a customer enters a deal preparedness programme and a closing rate of more than 67% for all listings based on the free listings which we plan to raise to more than 80%. It's worth noting that over half of free listings convert to paid clients, thus our closure rate is crucial for verifying that all components of the sales process are functioning properly. It should be emphasised that a sales professional's higher closing rate has a direct effect on the quantity of referrals and business generated by that close; hence, all options should be investigated and the sales team urged to maintain the highest possible close rates.
