Agreement Overview

This Agreement governs the referral of deals by BizDealRoom to you as a Consultant. Key terms include:

You retain all Success Fees — typically 6% (+GST), ranging 4–8% depending on deal type
BizDealRoom retains Preparation and/or Marketing Fees from Clients
You only pay Platform 20% of fees received when BizDealRoom refers a deal to you — not for deals you bring to us
12-month term with automatic renewal
30 days notice required for termination
Consultant must hold own insurance and licences
Confidentiality and non-compete obligations apply

I accept and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement, including the Platform Fee of 20%, confidentiality obligations, and non-compete provisions.

I confirm that I am duly authorised to enter into this Agreement on behalf of the Consultant entity and that the Consultant is a validly registered corporate entity.

I confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete, and that the Consultant holds all necessary licences and insurance as required by this Agreement.
