About the Opportunity
BizDealRoom, Australia's leading capital raising and business transaction platform, is seeking a suitable property in the Brisbane/Gold Coast hinterland region to lease for use as a dedicated corporate workshop and accommodation facility.
The Structure
We're proposing a commercial lease/rental agreement for 1-2 years, with an option for us to acquire the property within the agreed lease term.
Why lease first rather than buying outright?
After 3.5 years of operating remotely, we've made the strategic decision to return to face-to-face consulting. Rather than traditional corporate offices, we're seeking a more personalised retreat-style environment that better aligns with our consulting model.
We're looking to enter into a 12-month lease arrangement with an embedded purchase option, allowing us to settle on the property within 90-120 days from the commencement of the lease term. This structure gives us the opportunity to operate from the property whilst finalising the acquisition.
